Good Lord what am I thinking?

Hey Hey Y'all!
I am BACK!!

Back in 2016 I decided to write a blog about how TERRIBLE the Master Cleanse is! You see the Celebs doing it, losing weight. What you didn't see was how TERRIBLE it was. So needless to say, that blog was DONE!!

I have personally always loved writing, but as I've learned i suck at writing a short story or even being creative with that. But, I sure do love to blog and share my experience with the world of my next adventure!

So with the title Run Fat Girl Run, it is NOT meant to hurt any one's feelings, but we all know people have their feelings hurt way to easy! But, i decided i need to lose this weight and NOW! Picture this, a 5 foot EVEN women, coming in hot at 170 pounds! YIKES!!! I hate working out, I LOVE my junk food, and "empty carbs" AKA BEER!!!!! So all that 170 pounds is just junk and a whole lot of unhealthy habits!!

So starting tomorrow (because who wants to start today right?) I am going to try my HARDEST to eat healthy. And you got it, I'm going to start RUNNING!!! I'm not 100% sure yet what I'm more afraid of! No more junk food, or that these little legs will be running! HA! I will be posting probably every other day for right now, but journal every day to keep everyone along with this crazy adventure!
SO the goal tomorrow will be to walk/run to the stop sign and back which is about 3 miles. It will probably be more walking then running but its a start! My personal goal is to run a 10K by the end of this year. If you know anything about me (mom), I ran a 10K with my mom one year and i came 2nd to last place!! So the goal this time around is to not be 2nd to last this time!!

We will see!! If anyone out here actually reads this, any tips, tricks, or just any helpful advice would be amazing!!

P.S. I am eating Shrimp Alfredo as a last meal tonight!
