Holiday's Are Every Fat Girls Heaven

Hello!! Whomever you are!

So I'm going to use that classic excuse of WHY I kind of failed this weekend at the whole "eating better" deal.

The Holidays. Easter... With Easter comes candy, cake, ham, all sorts of sides, and a whole lot of FATTY goodness.... So has a person who LOVES all the junk i can find, I let my Fat Goddess take over and enjoy every last bite. HELL I may have helped myself to a second serving, indulge in a slice of Angel food cake AND a slice of cheesecake.. So you can imagine, if you've been in my shoes, how miserable I am today by all of the food i consumed yesterday alone. Now, I can tell you that i had a reason for every single day I ate terrible, every bite I took I had some sort of excuse for why I did it.

The truth is, I ate it because I do not have a whole lot of control when it comes to food I REALLY like! Don't get me wrong, I ate semi healthy. I had steak, and chicken through out my weekend, had a few beers while I was at it. But we just bought a new grill, so I feel like its okay with grilling and having a bonfire!

I have yet to start the running process yet. I figure I may need to do a 2 day cleanse to get rid of all that chemical infused goodness I had eaten! I did run up the stairs a few times running away from a bat that decided to creep into my home this weekend. I also think screaming like a little girl helps burn a few calories too right? I'm almost thinking about starting small with the running. I'm not sure you've gathered yet, but I am definitely a fat girl. What can i say? So running about 3 miles, even walking 3 miles might be a bit much. So i was thinking since our mailbox is about 50 yards away, I can run back and forth for awhile. Build up to running more! Sounds like a pretty good plan to me.

Good Lord what am I thinking?

Hey Hey Y'all!
I am BACK!!

Back in 2016 I decided to write a blog about how TERRIBLE the Master Cleanse is! You see the Celebs doing it, losing weight. What you didn't see was how TERRIBLE it was. So needless to say, that blog was DONE!!

I have personally always loved writing, but as I've learned i suck at writing a short story or even being creative with that. But, I sure do love to blog and share my experience with the world of my next adventure!

So with the title Run Fat Girl Run, it is NOT meant to hurt any one's feelings, but we all know people have their feelings hurt way to easy! But, i decided i need to lose this weight and NOW! Picture this, a 5 foot EVEN women, coming in hot at 170 pounds! YIKES!!! I hate working out, I LOVE my junk food, and "empty carbs" AKA BEER!!!!! So all that 170 pounds is just junk and a whole lot of unhealthy habits!!

So starting tomorrow (because who wants to start today right?) I am going to try my HARDEST to eat healthy. And you got it, I'm going to start RUNNING!!! I'm not 100% sure yet what I'm more afraid of! No more junk food, or that these little legs will be running! HA! I will be posting probably every other day for right now, but journal every day to keep everyone along with this crazy adventure!
SO the goal tomorrow will be to walk/run to the stop sign and back which is about 3 miles. It will probably be more walking then running but its a start! My personal goal is to run a 10K by the end of this year. If you know anything about me (mom), I ran a 10K with my mom one year and i came 2nd to last place!! So the goal this time around is to not be 2nd to last this time!!

We will see!! If anyone out here actually reads this, any tips, tricks, or just any helpful advice would be amazing!!

P.S. I am eating Shrimp Alfredo as a last meal tonight!
